Today Andrew went out to the zoo and met the dads group there.  The weather was forecast to be warm and sunny but it was cool and cloudy.  Three other dads showed up (The regulars) and we went in to the zoo.  Tons of school kids were also there today so it was super busy.  I had dressed Andrew is lots of layers so he was warm today.  We had been to the zoo a couple times but today we went to a couple places Andrew and I had never been before.  The zoo has some cool areas and even though it was cool today we had a great time.  After a couple hours we went to the food area a picked some food for lunch.  We all sat down and had a nice lunch and talked.  After lunch we had some cupcakes since one of the kids had just had a birthday.  The cupcakes had chocolate frosting and it was very messy to eat but it yummy so it was worth it.  When we finished eating we went around the zoo some more and saw some more exhibits.  The kids all had a great time but since it started getting late in the afternoon we headed back home.  Andrew was very tired and he fell asleep on the drive back home.  When we made it back home I put Andrew in his crib for a little while.  He rested for a little while and then he climb out and wanted to play.  We went downstairs and played in the living room for a couple hours.  Later in the afternoon we went to Andrew’s room to play until Kristin came home.  I was not feeling great so I relaxed in Andrew’s room while he played.  Kristin came home and we all had a nice dinner.  After dinner we all watched some TV and then we put Andrew down to sleep since he had only had a short nap.  He was tired and went to sleep pretty quickly.  Kristin and I went to my office to surf the net and check out Facebook.  It was a lot of fun to go to the zoo today with all the dads.  Good night Andrew.
